As a member of the management team, the Director of Sales and Client Services participates in team management, performance management, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting initiatives and systems initiatives, in addition to problem-solving and process development. The focus is on delivering measurable results within the organization that leads to financial success and outstanding program execution for our clients. Responsibilities:
  • Advise the go-to-market strategy for the Integrated Retail Team, including but not limited to, product and service portfolio strategy, pricing strategy, channel management strategy, and promotions strategy.
  • Measure and evaluate sales strategy implementation against intended results.
  • Develops and implements strategic client services plans to maximize internal capabilities in alignment with the go-to-market strategy. Retain and grow all client relationships.
  • Architect the sales and client services organization to optimize the go-to-market strategy and scalable growth.
  • Make adjustments and optimize the sales and client services strategies to maximize our one-to-one consumer interactions.
  • Identify gaps and best practices in sales and client services operations to improve overall performance.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience is required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Experience managing a team of direct and indirect reports
  • 5+ years of experience in management/leadership experience in a retail sales and client services role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
  • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation, decision making, and interpersonal skills
