The Director of Clinical Research will be responsible for providing executive oversight, management, planning and direction of all clinical research operational areas. The Director will provide supervision of clinical research initiatives working to promote compliance with established federal, state, local and institutional guidelines governing the conduct of clinical research. This position will be responsible for implementing processes and procedures to improve operational efficiencies and compliance while ensuring the programmatic integrity of clinical research activities. The Director will effectively communicate with senior leadership, investigators, research staff, affiliated organizations, and representatives of study sponsors to facilitate the activation and conduct of clinical trials in a highly collaborative and matrix environment. He/she will use research-driven performance measures and assess complex situations to research-driven criteria, in order to plan strategically and flexibly, and to respond tactically and resourcefully. Estimated salary range for this position is $124284.36 - $161569.67 / year depending on experience.

  • RN-Registered Nurse, ONS certification, CCRC, BLS preferred.
  • Extensive experience (seven years or more) clinical trials operations and a minimum of five years clinical research leadership responsibilities in a complex academic/research environment.
Minimum Required Experience: 5 year.Degrees:
  • Masters.
Additional Qualifications:
  • RN-Registered Nurse, ONS certification, CCRC, BLS preferred.
  • Extensive experience (seven years or more) clinical trials operations and a minimum of five years clinical research leadership responsibilities in a complex academic/research environment.
Minimum Required Experience: 5 year.
