Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

Sales Team Development
Develop and Manage the Sales Training Program
Develop Sales Career Path Framework
Organize and Facilitate Bi-Annual Sales Meetings
Manage the Sales Internship Program
Develop New Sales Employee Onboarding Processes

Sales Administrative Support
Manage Sales Expense Approval Process
Administer and Track Sales Compensation Plans, Collaborating with Sales Leadership and HR/Compensation

Sales - Marketing Interface
Coordinate Marketing & Sales Alignment
Provide Sales Support for New Product Positioning
Ensure Consistency with Sales Materials, Presentation Templates, Formats, etc.
Distribute and Track Marketing Qualified Leads with the Sales Team
Support the Development of Account Based Marketing
Manage Salesforce.com Activity Report and Resulting Actions

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:
Bachelor's degree and 8 + years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and programs, translating them into executable strategy and driving cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan
Keen ability to drive change: to transform, align and inspire in a fast-paced environment
Agile leader and learner
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders across an organization
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) exhibited at all levels within an organization
Proactive self-starter with outstanding organizational and project management skills managing multiple work streams simultaneously
Seasoned influencer with all levels of organization

Desirable KSAs:
Successful experience consulting with all levels of management; able to effectively build relationships by establishing trust, credibility and adding value quickly
Proven track record of understanding and delivering sales-focused strategies and improvement plans

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk or hear. The employee is also required to use a telephone with headset, frequent use of a standard keyboard and computer and occasional use of other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods and use close and color vision. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
