Summary:
The Director of Core Banking and Testing Automation will be responsible for the overall management of Teachers FCU Core Banking Solutions. This position will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to plan and develop product roadmaps, and managing feature delivery through the software delivery lifecycle. This role will be responsible for managing automated testing efforts to support release management, including regression and functional testing.

The good faith range for this position is $136,000 - $170,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Summary:
The Director of Core Banking and Testing Automation will be responsible for the overall management of Teachers FCU Core Banking Solutions. This position will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to plan and develop product roadmaps, and managing feature delivery through the software delivery lifecycle. This role will be responsible for managing automated testing efforts to support release management, including regression and functional testing.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years of IT project and program management experience required
- With at least 5+ years focusing on developing automated testing solutions
- Banking, lending, and business management processes, as well as systems implementations, process reengineering, and requirements definition preferred
- Experience with Selenium, TestComplete or other industry leading testing automation platforms preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare all regulatory and quality documents and reporting as required by state, federal and financial governing bodies.
- Perform core system disaster recovery and full failover testing.
- Identify areas for opportunity and growth within the Core Solutions.
- Manage the implementation of the business process or technology changes for the core-banking environment.
- Support all project management activities such as project planning, fees/expense management, resource planning, status reporting, and risk/issue tracking.
- Manage execution of various project tasks, including gathering data/requirements, analyzing data, documenting processes, designing solutions, and creating executive overviews
- Create/Assist/Troubleshoot the development of Test Automation Framework, Standards, and Procedures, Processes, and Best practices as related to Test Automation.
- Manage the Daily/Weekly activities of the Core Banking and Test Automation Team Members.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, colleagues and/or customers.
- Contribute to program/project review meetings. Support Quality Assurance Management in Determining status, assessing problem areas, suggesting and reviewing corrective actions.
- Maintain and Guide Test Automation Suites Execution and undertake analysis of results to ensure that software meets or Exceeds specified standards and/or business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other IT services, IT solution functions and business partners to expedite delivery of IT solutions.
- Responsible for integrity of testing and acceptance activities and coordinates the execution of these activities.
- Provide authoritative advice and guidance on any aspect of test planning and execution.
- Assist in the development of quality assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures, processes, and best practices as related to automation
- Work with project stakeholders to determine the appropriate quality initiatives to implement during system development life cycles.
