Description:
The role focuses on strategically managing key customer accounts by building strong relationships that drive sales growth and new product opportunities. It involves developing and executing account sales strategies, negotiating pricing agreements, and collaborating with customers to identify and expand business opportunities. Additionally, the position requires coordination with internal stakeholders on product development and market expansion while handling other assigned duties as needed.
1) Strategically manage key customer account by developing relationships that drive significant sales growth and new product opportunities.
2) Develop key account sales strategy to achieve sustainable growth with assigned customers.
3) Negotiate annual pricing agreements with key accounts, to drive organizational objectives
4) Work with customers to develop new business opportunities and identify needs/opportunities to increase sales beyond the current portfolio.
5) Cordinate with internal stakeholders on CSD portfolio, product development opportunities and expansion areas for general market applications.
6) Performs other duties as assigned
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain key account call frequency with stakeholders across key account organizations
Achieve annual sales turnover and profitability targets
Travel as required to attend customer meetings, conferences, etc.
Provide key account customer turnover forecasts and project updates as requested
In collaboration with key accounts build a road map and strategy to grow annual turnover
Collaborate with the global team to effectively manage communication, pricing and development goals for assigned key accounts.
Support CSD equipment development for general market applications
Evaluate market trends and collect competitive intelligence to identify current and future growth of national account sales and profitability.
Actively and concisely provide input for the development of new products and customer requests
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field required
5+ years managing key accounts
Industry experience preferred.
Solid business acumen with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to include verbal, written, telephone and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, solutions-oriented and results driven.
Ability to work collaboratively to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers.
Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Travel required (up to 50%) including Domestic and International
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree; with a minimum of 4 years related experience. Must be proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint to be able to track, monitor and communicate department performance.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write effective correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of multiple variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or scheduled form.

Current valid driver's license. Must be able to travel, as required.
