The Director of Data Strategy/Digital Activation will report to the SVP Data Strategy and Analytics and be responsible for driving digital revenue growth, providing subject matter expertise, and managing both internal and external relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales engineering or partner management and will be able to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You'll Achieve
- Spearhead the creation and execution of sales support strategies for the Digital Activation business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies aligned with Data growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within Publicis Groupe, Epsilon, and the broader industry.
- Leverage data analytics tools to track performance, identify market opportunities, and continually refine sales strategies for optimal outcomes.
- Mentor a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and training, with a focus on Data and Digital Activation
- Drive programmatic revenue using Epsilon data direct from brands
- Drive social media revenue using Epsilon data direct from brand
- Drive digital activation revenue from Publicis Groupe agencies
- Support Client Growth and New Logo teams to scope opportunities for assigned verticals
- Develop solution proposal, test and rollout plan, pricing and ensure the final deliverables meet expectations
- Document the workflow and data flows for solutions as necessary
- Manage the opportunity pipeline, including managing opportunities throughout the sales process (including contracts) and reporting on status
- Prepare pipeline management reports, Salesforce.com and MFC reports as requested
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering or partner manager role, preferably within the digital marketing, advertising, or technology space.
- Proven ability to drive continued revenue growth and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Strong experience in relationship-building with C-level executives and Advertising professionals.
- Proficient in data analytics tools to analyze performance and uncover market opportunities.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing teams.
- Strong understanding of Digital Activation and Data-driven marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
