CPA Ontario is seeking a Director, Facilities to spearhead the strategic management of our building systems and infrastructure. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with deep technical expertise and the ability to foster innovation. Reporting to the VP, PMO, this position ensures our facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational priorities.

What You'll Be Doing:

Developing and overseeing budgets, projects, and initiatives that drive operational excellence across all facility-related operations.

Recommending priorities for facilities planning and implementing a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime.

Leading and mentoring the Facilities team, providing guidance, resolving complex challenges, and delivering exceptional service.

Collaborating with senior executives to integrate facilities objectives into broader strategic and business continuity plans.

Evaluating building systems and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and cost-effective solutions.

Who You Are:

A post-secondary graduate with a degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture) along with relevant licenses or designations (FMA through BOMI).

A demonstrate expert with a minimum of five years of progressive leadership in Facilities Management with a proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional in overseeing building systems (HVAC, security, accessibility), with extensive knowledge of system operations, maintenance, and basic repairs.

Exemplary at innovative problem-solving, complimented with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent judgment in decision-making.

Confident with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency leveraged to manage budgets, present data, and optimize operational processes.
