Position Overview: The Director of Program Finance is responsible for financial guidance, strategy, forecasting, and business management within the Broadband Communications Systems Sector. The role requires expertise in management and financial accounting, cash management, team building, and budgeting, while advising the management team on profit-generating and working capital improvement opportunities.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of all FP&A deliverables, including MFR, AOP, and SP requirements.
- Partner with Program counterparts to assess program EAC and risks and opportunities.
- Drive Working Capital initiatives with Operations and Programs leadership.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives and identify process improvements.
- Review and approve proposals and quotes across Business Areas.
- Identify IFR opportunities and prepare documentation.
- Manage Finance staff, including recruiting, training, and performance management.
- Evaluate proposal cost and pricing data for accuracy and consistency.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience, or a Graduate Degree with 13 years of experience.
- In lieu of a degree, 19 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Indirect Cost and Rate Management.
- 5+ years of management experience with increasing responsibility.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Expertise in GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Experience with Government Finance and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
- Strong communication, analytic skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
