Job Type: Remote-however will be required to come onsite based on department needs.

Summary:
Responsible for the on-going corporate operating and capital budget process. Provide detailed staff support for non-Clinical Services processes. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual MD&A process. Maintain systems to support operating budget, capital budget, and management reporting processes. Develop pro formas and other ad hoc analyses for non-Clinical Services businesses. Facilitate corporate review of Clinical Services pro formas, budgets, and management reporting.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate corporate 5-year rolling capital budgeting process. Support non-Clinical Services businesses in developing capital budget proposals
* Coordinate corporate operating budgeting process. Support non-Clinical Services businesses in developing operating budgets
* Oversee corporate MD&A process and develop MD&A for non-Clinical Services businesses
* Provide ad hoc and pro forma analysis for non-Clinical Service businesses
* Develop team
* Maintain Strata Operating Budget, Capital Budget, Strategic Planning, and Management Reporting modules

How You'll Be Successful:

WORK EXPERIENCE

* At least 5 years related, and management / supervisory experience required.

EDUCATION
* Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
* Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience preferred.
