Purpose:

As the Corporate Director of FP&A, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of Edible Brands and its portfolio of businesses. This high-impact position partners directly with senior leadership to drive profitability, optimize financial performance, and influence strategic decisions across multiple brands. By leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, you will provide the insights that fuel growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure long-term success in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday - Thursday, with work-from-home flexibility on Fridays.

Responsibilities:
  • Own financial planning and analysis for multiple brands, ensuring P&L accuracy and alignment with business objectives
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing scenario modeling and financial guidance to executive leadership
  • Manage cash flow, balance sheet forecasting, and capital budgeting to optimize financial health and investment strategies
  • Partner with business leaders to analyze sales, gross profit trends, and expense budgets, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Drive cost reduction efforts across all functions, identifying and implementing best practices in cost management
  • Support the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with short- and long-term growth objectives
  • Develop and manage financial reporting systems to provide data-driven insights for decision-making
  • Establish and maintain business review cycles, delivering key performance insights to stakeholders
  • Support investment modeling and growth initiatives, including M&A analysis and expansion planning


Required Experience
  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3+ years in FP&A leadership
  • Experience managing P&L ownership across multiple brands or business units
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills
  • Experience in multi-brand and/or retail environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, NetSuite, or similar tools)
