The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis position is an integral role within the Prepared Foods Finance organization and will oversee all aspects of planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with a primary focus of supporting Segment leadership. This person is the functional lead for the Strategic & Annual Operating planning processes, across multiple functions and include the following the following activities: coordinating pre-planning assumptions, process alignment, gathering and consolidating financial and non-financial data, publishing reporting / analysis and providing finance support to cross functional and corporate partners. In addition to annual planning responsibilities, this position provides monthly functional support gathering, analyzing and reporting financial and non-financial data critical to achieving the Segment's financial goals. This role supports governance and oversight for ensuring process enhancements add value to planning tools and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning - develop and lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes and collaborate cross functionally in the creation of models and reporting.
Financial Analysis and Reporting - prepare and present detailed reporting and dashboards for senior management, including variance analysis and insights.
Operational Excellence - drive improvements in financial process and systems and ensure compliance with company compliance standards.
Business Partnership - work closely with cross functional TEAMs, including corporate, operations and business unit finance to ensure system performance and enhancements are working as designed and to ensure deadlines are adhered to, as established by management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required (MBA a plus) with 10 plus years of experience in Finance (with exposure to short/long term planning).
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication, data organization, problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Experience with SAP, SAP BPC, Microsoft Power BI or Power Query, Anaplan and Fluence.
