Responsible for helping develop and execute the PGA TOUR's multi-pronged approach in the gaming and sports betting industry inclusive of, but not limited to, efforts related to integrity, responsible gaming, compliance, legal affairs, regulatory compliance and data distribution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related area required. Masters preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in business and/or corporate development
• Knowledge of the gaming industry preferred but experience in the world of sports business much more important
• Exceptional managerial, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Golf experience vital
• An understanding of media and sports businesses

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Work collaboratively under the Media Leadership team to help lead the PGA TOUR's gaming strategy development and execution (including sports betting, casino and icasino, daily and traditional fantasy, and other forms of gaming - including free to play executions).
• Provide business and legal counsel to TOUR as it relates to all gaming compliance and regulatory issues and topics both on a state-to-state level and federal level
• Build out and manage comprehensive, company-wide compliance efforts; compliance experience preferred
• Assist lobbying team and governmental affairs division on legalizing sports betting state-to-state
• Assist with the PGA TOUR's governmental affairs in the gaming industry; advise on the commercial elements of global gaming legislation and regulation.
• Develop and manage regulatory framework; experience working with regulators across the country preferred
• Work closely with the PGA TOUR's legal and competitions departments on gaming policy, compliance, and integrity-related matters - inclusive of in-market tournament executions in states where gaming is currently legal.
• Assist gaming and legal team with gaming policy development and implementation of PGA TOUR policies regarding sponsorships, advertising, and marketing in the gaming category.
• Liaison with external agencies and other organizations that assist the PGA TOUR with integrity and responsible gaming initiatives.
• Work closely with TOUR policy team on integrity-related matters inclusive of tournament executions in states where gaming is currently legal
• Lead TOUR's responsible gaming initiative and be the leading voice for our work in this area with all relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with the PGA TOUR's technology department regarding the collection, distribution and monetization of data for gaming purposes.
• Serve as an internal and external expert on gaming-related matters and act as a thought partner for the PGA TOUR to other major US leagues/properties
• Special projects or other duties as assigned; business experience and deal making experience preferred
