Job Level: Technical Leadership-T4Job Description:The Mars In-house Consulting team is a newly established group that will tackle difficult business challenges across the entire Mars Global Snacking business. We are looking for experienced management consultants to join our team at the Director level. Qualified individuals will play a critical role in managing project work and a team of consultants to bring forward-thinking solutions to Mars Snacking.Ideal candidates will have previously led management consulting teams at a top-tier firm and demonstrated leadership in developing people, relationships and knowledge.What are we looking for?4 to 6+ years of management consulting experience from a top tier company with 1+ year at a team lead levelTrack record of successfully managing complex consulting projects. Ability to manage and coach consulting teams of 2 or more consultants while also juggling diverse set of stakeholders with conflicting incentivesStrong people developer investing time in each team member to help them growTrack record of collaboration with senior executives - must be comfortable and experienced in delivering formal presentations to senior leadersStrong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking. Ability to develop leading edge business models, frameworks for analysis, and long-term business strategies. Must be able to thrive in a hypothesis-based environment where inductive rather than deductive reasoning is the normProven ability to manage client relationships, and build strong relationships within large multinationals as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationshipsWell-developed business judgment. The total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.USD 190,607.00 - USD 262,088.00
