Position Summary:
LifeVantage is seeking a strategic and collaborative Director, Growth Marketing to lead our customer acquisition efforts and oversee budget allocation across critical marketing channels. This role will own the decision-making process for ad spend, leveraging research and data to optimize investments between the Digital Marketing and Social Media teams. The Director will play a pivotal role in scaling our customer base, driving top-of-funnel growth, and ensuring alignment across teams to achieve company-wide objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (others may be assigned):
  • Own and manage the marketing budget for ad spend, balancing investments between Digital Marketing and Social Media channels.
  • Lead strategic planning for top-of-funnel acquisition efforts, including Amazon campaigns, digital ads, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to guide spending decisions and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing and Social Media teams to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.
  • Manage agency partnerships for Amazon sales strategy including promotional schedule, listing optimizations, and tracking overall revenue growth.
  • Partner with the Marketing Communications team to align acquisition efforts with broader campaigns and messaging.
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting processes to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Build relationships with external partners, such as agencies and influencers, to expand the brand's reach.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new platforms and channels to drive growth.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital advertising, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel budgets and driving top-of-funnel customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams and departments.
  • Experience managing campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Google Ads, and social media networks.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand partnership strategies.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in the wellness or direct sales industry.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to think strategically.
