Your role at BHSN:
The Director, Health & Safety is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. This role involves assessing risks, conducting safety training, investigating incidents, and ensuring adherence to health and safety

Your skills and qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field with 3-5 years of proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a health and safety role, preferably in a similar industry or 7-10 years of experience.
- Experience with OSHA regulations, safety training, and incident investigation.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or equivalent are preferred.
