JOB SUMMARY
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- The Hendrick Clinic Director of Surgical Specialties oversees the operations of the Hendrick Clinic of Surgical Specialties practices to ensure such practices operate in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner that meets the needs of staff, providers and patients. Coordinates with providers and implements action plans to ensure the practice is successful.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Education
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum Work Experience
- 5 years healthcare management experience
- Required Licenses/Certifications
- Certified Medical Practice Executive preferred
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Ability to carry out obligations and duties of position
- Deals effectively with community/consumers
- Deals effectively with hospital, clinic, and system personnel
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated understanding of management issues
- Effectively directs and/or supervises personnel as appropriate

- Experience in healthcare administration and how it relates to medical practice administration
