A little about the job....
- This role supports the strategic business plans, applications, and all related matters for computerized information technology for all departments within CVMC.
- Manages customer deliverables and expectations as they relate to day-to- day support and operations.
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Provides an architectural framework for information system development, maintenance, and enhancement efforts.
- Understands user and process requirements and ensures those requirements can be achieved through high quality deliverables.
- Works closely with IT Team to develop road maps for applications, align development plans, and to ensure effective integration among information systems and the IT infrastructure.
- Monitor technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and CVMC standards as well as emerging business requirements.
- Understand the interactions between systems, applications, and services within the environment, and evaluate the impact of changes or additions.
Qualifications for the job...
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
- Minimum seven years of experience in information technology; minimum five years in leadership role.
- Minimum 3 years in healthcare is preferred.
- Experience with Security, Networks and Telecom required; experience implementing complex and integrated information systems is required.
- Technical foundation required.
- Excellent project management skills including practical usage of Microsoft, knowledge of Basic Network, Telecommunication, and Security Operations, Virtual Application delivery (including operating systems, utilities, Microsoft Office Products, etc.).
- Strong communication, presentation and customer relation skills.
- Must have the ability to influence others to work collaboratively to achieve results.
