ROLE OVERVIEW:

The (Sr.) Director of Integrated Marketing will lead ABC's go-to-market campaign strategy and manage the execution process across our lead generation engine. This role ensures high-quality coordination across Creative, Analytics, Patient Liaisons, and HR to successfully launch integrated campaigns across all channels.

This is a key leadership role that develops campaign strategy and turns it into action. The Sr. Director will build and oversee a team that manages a centralized campaign calendar, streamline cross-functional workflows, oversee the campaign strategy briefing process, and ensure all components - from copy and creative to landing pages and UTMs - are delivered on time and on strategy.

The role is highly collaborative, working closely with the Creative Services, Marketing Analytics, and agency partners to ensure ABC's campaigns are strategically executed with excellence, speed, and accountability. KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support select lead generation initiatives directly, such as webinars, CRM nurture programs, local events, new center openings
Own reputation management, Google Business Profiles, non-paid social media strategy
Partner with HR and Clinical teams to develop campaign strategies for internal ABC events
Support PL team in developing campaign strategies to enhance provider referrals
Develop, own and manage the integrated campaign calendar across channels, including digital, CRM, webinars, paid media, and local event marketing
Drive campaign planning, briefing, and coordination meetings across Creative, Analytics and Media Agency
Translate strategic inputs into detailed campaign briefs with clear timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
Partner with Creative Services to ensure asset development aligns with messaging strategy and media specs
Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to integrate data-driven insights into campaign strategy, planning, and post-campaign reviews
Oversee executional QA across marketing systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, landing pages, ad platforms)
Act as the campaign liaison with external agency partners (e.g., Cardinal) and internal teams
Manage a team that oversees marketing workflows, tools, and documentation to drive campaign efficiency and reduce operational friction
Coordinate launch readiness, ensuring all assets, links, tracking, and non-media budgets are locked for on-time deployment
Lead campaign retrospectives and apply learnings to improve processes and timelines across functions
Foster cross-functional collaboration and a culture of accountability and delivery within the marketing team

QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign strategy, or integrated marketing roles in high-growth B2C or healthcare organizations
Strong background in marketing strategic planning, workflow management, and campaign ownership across multi-channel marketing environments
Experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and/or agency partners
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Excellent communicator and facilitator - comfortable working across creative, data, media, IT, HR, and operations functions
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, evolving environment
Passion for driving continuous improvement and delivering high-impact marketing campaigns
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
