Responsibilities
  • Focus on US market, with a consultation to Canada and coordination with global initiatives
  • Leads omni-channel data and targeting strategy and activation excellence across platforms, partners and retail media.
  • Ensures excellent data partnerships and usage privacy and best-in-class governance standards, with review and assessment; Data governance program coordination and management for media activation; in cooperation with data operations
  • Creates and leads data and tech testing strategy and measurement, example; AI bidding, platform testing
  • Develops data & tech strategy focusing on performance, data governance program and roadmap
  • Provides feedback and input for the development of the annual innovation roadmap and learning opportunities
  • Ensuring connectivity with current team and evolutions of current innovations with critical alignment to clients business needs
  • Determines data requirements - collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs for reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy and accessibility
  • Leads collaboration with client's 1PD and CRM teams
  • Manage supplier compliance with operations teams, DSPs and SSPs
  • Provide additional value within the current self-service engagement model with DSP partners through the evaluation of campaign strategy, optimizations, reporting, and measurement provided by the DSP partner
  • Drive adtech and data thought leadership within the holistic process in partnership with the SME; Manage test and learns with client leads and agency partners
  • Review of new solutions and partners as applicable - Roadmap, Learning Agenda, and Engagement Model
  • Help to identify and lead/pilot innovative opportunities (e.g., advanced TV, cross-channel planning, etc.)
  • Be the point person to uncover new, innovative, and technically complex solutions with documentation to support implementation
  • Work with Data Ops on governance and standards for any platforms that impact PHD's go-to-market capabilities
  • Create content to highlight universal use cases and standards for evolving product and industry enhancements
  • Works in facilitating training and knowledge share across team & agency with SME counterpart
  • Highly responsive to crucial demands/requests

Experience
  • Client Relationships: Experience leading and partnering with key senior decision-making clients
  • Management: Prior management of Programmatic, Account Managers, Sales, and/or Marketing Associates
  • Business: Contributor toward growth and revenue goals through client retention
  • Data Knowledge: Broad experience with data platform architecture
  • Data Strategy: Experience developing or contributing to Data Strategy, and connect the strategy to data availability
  • Strategic Mindset and Creativity: Proven ability to deeply understand the client's business and bring strategic business thinking to drive the most effective technical outcomes, in collaboration with Planning, Activation, and Marketing Science counterparts
  • Data Science & Ops: Ability to understand requirements at a detailed enough level to configure tags, taxonomy, and platform features with enough detail to ensure proper parameters and variables are passed for necessary methodological inputs
  • Content Delivery: The ability to break down technically complex developer and support documentation and create business friendly content

Qualifications
  • 8+ experience in digital with heavy programmatic skills - equal parts technically savvy and strategic on with a large advertiser or CPG advertiser
  • Programmatic expert within TTD and DV360 DSPs - Ability to translate strategic plans to programmatic activations, Understanding of the CPG vertical and both awareness and conversion activation, strategies and optimization tactics
  • Deep Technical expertise on all things data and digital - Come from a place of core/native Digital and data centricity
  • Strong technical knowhow/implementation as well as a high level of strategy and creative tactics as well as vertical/horizontal across mediums, marketing etc. Passionate about changes in the marketplace and eager to share updates regularly to inform clients and be a 'go-to' resource on all things media
  • Ability to provide omni-channel perspective and know-how; while a core deep digital expertise is critical, be able to apply across channels to off/online mediums

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$90,000-$170,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
