Job Summary:
Takes a leadership role in the development of the digital patient experience and customer relationship management (CRM) strategy for Adventist Health, and leads the successful implementation and optimization of the technical solutions required to support Adventist Health's digital and CRM journey. Acts as a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of healthcare IT, holds expertise in CRM administration, customization, and integration, and extensive knowledge of Epic's ecosystem. Oversees the technical design, implementation, and optimization of the digital patient experience for Adventist Health, leveraging Epic's electronic health records system to enhance patient engagement, ensure streamlined access to information, and improve overall patient satisfaction through features like patient portals, online scheduling, and other self-service tools, creating a seamless user experience across all digital platforms. Leads the technical implementation required to support Adventist Health's enterprise call center strategy, leveraging Salesforce and Epic features to streamline processes, track patient interactions, improve patient experience, and drive growth across the enterprise.

Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's degree: Preferred
- Seven years' of experience in healthcare IT: Required
- Five years' leadership experience: Preferred
- Experience with Epic EMR applications, including MyChart, HelloWorld, Cheers Contact Center, Cheers Campaigns and with CRM tools: Required
Essential Functions:
- Engages with key stakeholders in developing digital and CRM strategy for Adventist Health. Leads the planning, implementation, and optimization of technology to support patient digital experience and CRM strategy and initiatives.
- Oversees the development and execution of project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, operations' leaders, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support for IT initiatives.
- Develops, monitors and evaluates key performance indicators, implementing improvements as needed to enhance user and patient experience and system efficiency. Stays current with industry trends and best practices, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of healthcare technology.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to healthcare IT.
- Fosters a cohesive team atmosphere by promoting collaboration, open communication, and a shared vision among team members.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
