What You'll Do
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure teams, ensuring efficient service delivery and high performance across multiple locations.
- Develop and execute an IT infrastructure strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and technology roadmap.
- Build, prioritize, and communicate an IT infrastructure project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and return on investment (ROI).
- Oversee network architecture, ensuring reliable and secure WAN/LAN/wireless connectivity.
- Manage collaboration and communication platforms, including Office 365, modern workplace applications, and unified communications tools.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure operations in Azure and AWS, ensuring security, cost optimization, and performance.
- Manage telecommunications and contact center platforms, ensuring high availability and integration with business needs.
- Implement Cloud FinOps best practices to optimize cloud spend and drive cost efficiencies.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and negotiate contracts with major software licensing suppliers and infrastructure vendors.
- Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives, including automation, AI-supported tools, and self-service capabilities to improve employee and customer experiences.
- Oversee security-by-design and privacy-by-design approaches in infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare and regulated industry requirements.

- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure leadership.
- 5+ years in a Director or equivalent role managing managers and large teams.
- Industry certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Cisco are a plus.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), network architecture (WAN/LAN/wireless), and enterprise collaboration platforms (Office 365, telecommunications, contact centers).
- Experience managing ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira), integration platforms, Azure Directory Services, and single sign-on solutions.
- Proven ability to build, prioritize, and communicate an IT infrastructure project portfolio, balancing cost, ROI, and strategic alignment.
- Experience working with large software licensing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and identifying cost savings opportunities.
- Knowledge of Cloud FinOps best practices for optimizing cloud spending and driving financial efficiency.
- Experience leading innovation initiatives that leverage AI-supported tools and applications to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Experience leading change management functions, including strong planning, communication, and execution skills.
- Experience working in larger organizations (3,000+ employees) with geographically distributed teams, ensuring infrastructure scalability and performance.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk, and security frameworks, with experience embedding security-by-design and privacy-by-design principles.
