Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Marketing & Strategy
    • Lead and refine brand strategy, positioning, and communication frameworks across international markets.
    • Approve and guide advertising campaigns, working with agencies on continuous brand initiatives.
    • Develop and oversee updates for brand presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Share best practices for new market entry plans, supporting brand consistency across regions.
  • Social Media & Media Strategy
    • Guide social media strategies for local markets, promoting alignment with brand values and objectives.
    • Provide input on local media plans to maximize strategic opportunities and enhance partnerships.
  • Insights & Guest Segmentation
    • Translate data into actionable insights, utilizing brand audits and competitor monitoring to identify emerging trends.
    • Collaborate on guest segmentation strategies to ensure brand messaging resonates with target audiences.
    • Oversee research projects, ensuring they align with brand and market objectives.
  • Brand Asset Creation & Management
    • Manage the development and consistency of brand assets, ensuring a differentiated and impactful brand voice across consumer touchpoints.
    • Set global communication asset standards for advertising, merchandising, and social media.
    • Lead third-party creative agency partnerships to ensure uniformity and quality in all brand communications.
    • Innovate and improve global brand assets to strengthen brand visibility and equity.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing and communications, with a background in both global and regional roles.
  • Proven experience in FMCG or QSR industry, with a strong track record in creating and executing global campaigns that drive brand growth.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Deep understanding of the creative process and agency management.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an asset.
