We're seeking a Director of National Sales to lead a team of Regional Sales Managers in selling our award-winning healthcare technology solutions to strategic mid-market medical practices. The Director of National Sales will develop the overall sales strategy, operational plans, and processes to drive revenue growth and achieve financial objectives. This role involves analyzing the business environment, understanding competitors, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to share market insights to enhance our go-to-market programs. The Director will collaborate closely with their team to generate high-quality leads and close deals to meet or exceed sales expectations.

We are looking for a sales leader with proven experience in the healthcare software industry, who has successfully built and led sales teams and has a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who inspires creativity, demonstrates high levels of passion, intellect, drive, and energy, and is team-oriented with strong ethics and integrity.

Your Role:
  • Lead and develop a team of Strategic Regional Sales Managers to achieve their bookings goals through coaching and mentorship.
  • Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success.
  • Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals.
  • Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor competitors' offerings and products, including relevant sales and marketing data.

Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in successfully leading a sales team within a SaaS company, preferably healthcare technology.
  • Experience with SaaS EMR products; relevant medical sales experience a plus.
  • Previous experience working in a high-growth technology industry is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a senior sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization.
  • Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing critical sales contracts.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 30%.
