Responsibilities
We're seeking a Director of Cardiovascular Lab to lead and manage our Cardiovascular Laboratory Services. In this role, you'll oversee lab operations, ensure top-quality patient care, drive performance improvements, and support a collaborative team culture. Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)-(AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. A minimum of two years supervisory/management experience necessary. Five (5) years of Coronary Care Nursing and/or the Cardiovascular Lab. Basic computer knowledge. Proficient in interpreting EKGs and hemodynamic pressure tracings. Operates Cardiovascular Laboratory equipment; pressure injectors, hemodynamic monitor, cardiac output computer, etc. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), preferred.
