This pivotal role focuses on nurturing client relationships, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring profitability while maintaining high brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Align business operations with strategic goals.
Project Oversight: Assess new projects and client relationships, ensuring alignment with operational capacity and timelines.
Team Management: Mentor Program Managers and the broader Account Management team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Financial Stewardship: Lead budgeting processes, manage resources efficiently, and monitor financial performance to achieve profit margins.
Client Satisfaction: Develop methods for consistent client feedback, ensuring their perspectives are integrated into company processes.
Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience, or 15+ years in sales/account management leadership.
8 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
Strong financial management and analytical skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with robust business acumen.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Valid passport.
