Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic development and execution of integrated marketing and creative campaigns across key client accounts
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business goals, challenges, and market opportunities
  • Serve as the senior client liaison-guiding briefs, presenting ideas, and ensuring alignment between client vision and agency work
  • Translate brand and business insights into actionable strategies
  • Partner with internal teams to develop compelling concepts and ensure excellence in delivery
  • Coach and mentor Account Managers and Account Coordinators
  • Forecast, manage, and track budgets, scopes, and timelines with precision
  • Drive organic growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Keep a pulse on market trends, audience insights, and competitive landscape
  • Help shape internal process improvements and agency-wide strategic initiatives


Requirements

Professional Skills and Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in client services, account leadership, or brand strategy within a creative or marketing agency
    • Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills
    • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects across multiple channels (digital, brand, content, campaign)
    • Experience overseeing cross-functional teams and mentoring junior team members
    • Confident in presenting to clients and leading tough conversations with clarity and empathy
    • Skilled in Google Workspace, project management tools, and budget tracking
    • Passion for brave ideas and a desire to push the work further
    • Degrees are nice, but we care more about your experience, your thinking, and your character
