Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed annual service agreement booking targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Lead & Develop a Sales Team: Manage, train, and motivate a team of Agreement Sales Representatives to maximize performance and achieve objectives.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish and maintain productive relationships with customers, vendors, and external partners to ensure long-term business success.
- Market Development: Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategies to increase market share.
- Sales Process & Compliance: Ensure pricing, proposals, and sales policies align with company goals and profitability targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of five years in sales and sales management, preferably in HVAC or mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and service agreements.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
