We are looking for a highly creative, collaborative, and hands-on Director of Brand & Content Strategy to lead the execution of our brand storytelling and multi-channel marketing content. This role is perfect for someone who is a masterful writer, an excellent communicator, and an energetic leader with a passion for crafting compelling narratives that connect emotionally with customers.
This individual will be responsible for translating high-level marketing vision into powerful, engaging, and on-brand creative assets. They will oversee the development and execution of all content across channels-from landing pages and mailers to social media, catalogs, and more-ensuring all touchpoints reflect our brand's voice, values, and visual standards.
The Director will be a key orchestrator between the marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, and all creative internal/external teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely execution of content that supports evergreen and seasonal campaigns, as well as promotional moments. This person will also oversee the ongoing production and cadence of our social media content and will play a vital role in aligning physical and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead content strategy and development for all brand channels, including print, digital, social, and web.
- Write and edit high-impact marketing copy for a wide range of assets, including catalogs, landing pages, product storytelling, email campaigns, and paid media.
- Own creative execution from concept to delivery, based on provided strategic direction.
- Oversee cross-functional coordination with merchandising, e-commerce, and photo studio teams to ensure alignment on timelines, creative assets, and product priorities.
- Manage and maintain a consistent social media calendar, in partnership with social team, ensuring regular and engaging content output.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners (e.g., designers, photographers, printers, freelancers) to bring campaigns to life.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in content creation, brand marketing, or creative direction roles.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
- Experience and comfort using ChatGPT or other AI tools to optimize productivity, while ensuring that final written material maintains a strong personal touch.
- Proven track record of bringing marketing vision to life through compelling campaigns and customer experiences.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong collaborator with a proactive mindset and the ability to lead through influence.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including merchandising, e-commerce, and creative departments.
- Familiarity with content management systems, project management tools, and asset workflows.
