ConvenientMD is looking for a Director of Business Development to grow our presence in the community, helping employers and their teams access high-quality occupational health and urgent care services.
This is an individual contributor role and does not involve managing others to meet their sales goals. You will focus on our Southern Massachusetts territory.

ConvenientMD is looking for a Director of Business Development to grow our presence in the community, helping employers and their teams access high-quality occupational health and urgent care services.
This is an individual contributor role and does not involve managing others to meet their sales goals. You will focus on our Southern Massachusetts territory.
What You'll Do:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify, engage, and close corporate/employer accounts, focusing on occupational health and workers' compensation services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with HR managers, safety managers, trade organizations, industry associations, and local businesses.
- Community Engagement: Represent ConvenientMD at health fairs, HR conferences, open enrollment events, and community festivals.
- Account Management: Oversee employer accounts, track activity, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Planning & Reporting: Keep track of sales activities in Salesforce, participate in strategy meetings, and contribute to sales planning.
Who You Are
- A go-getter with a competitive drive and a passion for sales.
- A relationship builder who thrives on networking and engaging with the community.
- A self-starter who can prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- A problem solver who can think strategically and find new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or 6+ years of relevant sales experience).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Strong local connections and existing relationships within the community.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities.
- Willingness to spend 75%+ of workdays in the field with customers and work flexible hours.
