DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for leading and managing the growth of all revenue-generating business segments. Recognize, progress, and implement strategies in order to grow revenues, increase margin and market share, and improve operating income necessary to accomplish sales goals and meet key performance metrics, while operating all activities with the approved budget.
- Manage, coordinate and direct team of Sales Managers who are responsible for OEM, Aftermarket, and International sales, forecasts, growth, and profitability.
- Ensure each Sales Manager reaches their monthly commission goal.
- Execute pricing and sales strategies to fulfill Net Sales, Operating Income (OI) and Value Added Operating Income (VAOI) objectives to expand growth, profitability, and long-term influence in the industry.
- Generate and evaluate sales and forecast reports to gauge the effectiveness of sales strategies and pricing models to make timely adjustments where necessary. Perform 80/20 pricing analysis for assigned accounts, recognize new business opportunities, and improve account performance.
- Develop and manage assigned cost center budgets, and make adjustments when necessary to stay aligned with AOP.
- Team with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure the sales are integrated with the capacity and capability of our manufacturing facility and products.
- Back Sales Managers and Marketing Manager by attending and successfully carrying out trade shows, events, and other marketing programs and activities.
- Effectively on-board new business across all customer stake holders (ex: education and integration of new product to purchasing, sales, warranty, and marketing contacts, etc).
- Maintain on-time, responsive, and effective communication to resolve customer problems and complaints.
