Director of Business Strategy

As the Director of Business Strategy at Renuity, you will deliver insights and frameworks to inform company priorities, drive the strategic planning process, and lead high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our business. This role is pivotal in driving long-term growth, realizing operating leverage with scale, and promoting innovation throughout the business model. You'll work closely with leadership across the organization to define priorities, inform critical decisions, and translate insights into results by executing key initiatives. What You'll Do

• Analyze business performance in the context of market trends, macroeconomic factors, and competitive dynamics.

• Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership to shape company priorities and long-term investments.

• Translate research and analysis into practical tactics to meet near- and long-term objectives.

• Lead strategic planning, building roadmaps to align resources with the highest-value opportunities.

• Scope and execute high-impact initiatives - from identifying the opportunity to building leadership buy-in, to managing cross-functional implementation.

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define KPIs and drive accountability.

• Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and adjust tactics as needed for optimal outcomes.
