The Director of Caesars Rewards Operations is responsible for driving customer loyalty through the execution of the industry-leading loyalty program, Caesars Rewards. This individual will manage the Caesars Rewards Operations and Customer Care corporate teams. This scope of this role includes ensuring flawless execution of the program's core benefits across all Caesars properties and digital products. This role will be the expert on all IT systems & processes needed to support the program and will be tasked with driving improvements and finding efficiencies so we can continue to service our guests better. This role will also be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with new partnerships, properties, or products as we continue to expand our network.
This role must work with various internal stakeholders in IT and property operations teams so a successful candidate will have strong leadership, people and communication skills. Caesars Rewards relies heavily on system functionality making strong operational, technical and project management skills imperative.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert and ambassador of Caesars Rewards to ensure the successful implementation and execution of the Caesars Rewards program at the property level and amongst all digital products.
- Partner closely with IT and other business functions to ensure timely and effective implementation of all Caesars Rewards-related innovations to improve frictionless benefit redemptions and property transactions.
- Responsible for creating business cases, owning business requirements, and creating communication/training plans for all Caesars Rewards program enhancements and technology changes.
- Maintains and oversees standard operating procedures, training materials, and support documentation
- Ensures outstanding customer service delivery for all loyalty program inquires
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
- Provide guidance, professional development, and training to team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient department.
- Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
- Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
- Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.
- Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.
Qualifications
- College degree in marketing, business or related field required.
- 10+ years of experience in casino operations or marketing recommended.
- Experience with developing loyalty programs and with direct marketing, partnerships, or credit card services is highly desirable.
- Must be able to think strategically, analytically, and operationally when executing enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions.
- Excellent communicator with ability to conduct conversations with customers and employees as well as senior leaders
- A strong executive presence, well-developed presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously required
- Experience working with strategic teams across several functional areas
- Comfortable with software, systems and technology
- Demonstration of strong leadership skills and managerial courage
