- Lead and evaluate departmental operations, including staffing, technology use, and onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to care coordination and discharge planning processes with proper documentation.
- Collaborate with CFO and Division leaders to achieve departmental goals.
- Drive sustainable performance improvement initiatives by analyzing data and evaluating processes.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical and administrative leadership.
- Adhere to organizational policies, SOPs, and the company's "Code of Conduct."
Required:
- RN licensure with at least 2 years of recent large acute care case management leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience working in a complex healthcare environment, including engagement with C-suite leaders.
