Location: Alabama

Compensation: $85,000 base salary, 40% incentive bonus, $10,000 relocation assistance
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase catering and event revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the catering sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering and event sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of event planning and catering operations.
  • Proficient in sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
