About the Role
As Director of Coaching at Crisp, your primary responsibility is leading, training, and developing a high-performing team of Executive Coaches dedicated to driving measurable business growth for our law firm clients. This includes implementing structured coaching frameworks that move your team's focus from reactive problem-solving toward proactive client business growth-clearly aligning coaching activities with firm-wide revenue and business goals. You will set clear, measurable performance standards, create a culture of accountability, and equip your team to handle complex client situations independently and confidently, minimizing escalations.
To ensure your team's sustained success, you'll also be responsible for continuously improving our coaching processes. You'll proactively identify operational inefficiencies or bottlenecks, measure their direct impact on business performance and client outcomes, and clearly communicate actionable requirements to technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Executive Coaches, establishing clear performance standards, accountability systems, and measurable KPIs that directly link coaching activities to client business growth and revenue objectives.
- Develop, implement, and refine structured, repeatable coaching frameworks and playbooks designed to deliver consistent client results and enable efficient scaling of the coaching function.
- Develop coaches capabilities to independently resolve complex client challenges and confidently lead difficult or high-stakes conversations without escalation.
- Shift the coaching team's mindset from reactive problem-solving to proactive business growth consultation, elevating your team from advisors to strategic business partners for clients.
- Lead structured coaching and development initiatives, proactively addressing performance gaps and equipping the team with resources for continuous skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Conduct regular coaching audits, performance reviews, and targeted feedback sessions to continually elevate individual and team coaching effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Client Success team to analyze client health indicators, identify potential churn risks, and implement systematic coaching interventions that improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on coaching team performance, client impact metrics, and strategic recommendations for department growth.
Requirements
- Located within commutable distance to our Atlanta, GA office (or willing to relocate) with ability to be onsite Monday-Friday.
- 10+ years directly managing and developing teams in coaching, high-end consulting, or strategic client advisory roles.
- Proven track record of elevating team performance and capabilities through structured coaching, targeted mentoring, and effective performance management systems.
- Demonstrated experience creating and implementing structured coaching methodologies, operational frameworks, and accountability systems that verifiably drive measurable business outcomes for clients.
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies within a service delivery model, analyze their business impact, and collaborate effectively with technical or operational teams to drive scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience personally guiding complex, high-stakes client conversations and the ability to develop this capability effectively in other professionals.
- Proven experience balancing performance management standards with team member development.
