As the Director of Curriculum and Enrollment Management, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our academic programs and driving student success. The Director of Curriculum and Enrollment Management reports to the Assistant Dean of Advising.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

College Enrollment Management and Curriculum Coordination:
Track and analyze complex College enrollment data for over 5000 undergraduate courses offered annually to make strategic decisions about curriculum effectiveness and enrollment trends.
Act as lead administrative contact with multiple departments, including curriculum development, enrollment management, and academic planning.
Coordinate with academic units, admissions, and faculty governance to streamline enrollment and curriculum processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements related to curriculum and enrollment.
Provide College leadership in coordinating enrollment management of college service courses, working with departments to ensure curricular excellence.
Lead cross-functional teams in implementing transformative academic and enrollment initiatives.
Serve on University committees such as faculty councils and provost working groups.
Oversee new course and program reviews, ensuring compliance with university standards and policies.

Admission and Enrollment Strategy:
Coordinate university-level enrollment and admission initiatives in collaboration with the Provost, Faculty Senate, Deans, and other stakeholders, exercising extensive autonomy in determining strategic direction for academic programs and enrollment initiatives.
Integrate diverse information sources to formulate innovative approaches to institutional enrollment challenges, with minimal established precedents or procedures.
Act as lead administrative contact to communicate, manage details, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Oversight of Summer and Fee-Based Programs:
Supervise the planning, execution, and evaluation of summer and fee-based educational offerings.
Execute budget oversight, management, and approval for Summer Sessions, encompassing 47 distinct units.
Provide guidance to academic units to ensure alignment with institutional goals and student needs.

Faculty Curricular Support:
Support units in creating an inclusive and positive teaching environment for students and faculty.
Lead project management for the development of online courses and programs. Partner with faculty and instructional designers to ensure high-quality online offerings align with academic standards.

Other Duties as Assigned:
To include acting as the College's primary contact for student academic misconduct cases, grade appeals as well as student grievances and concerns.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in the arts, humanities, social sciences or natural sciences.
Four years of administrative experience, preferably in a higher education setting, working with unit leadership and faculty.

Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum requirements.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree or PhD.
Understanding of the student experience and the educational mission of a research-intensive public institution.
Experience in overseeing complex projects, evaluation and oversight of risk management, report production, and maintaining stabilization during transition periods.
Excellent problem-solving and administrative skills.
Previous experience working with curricula at a college-level academic program.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities under pressure and remain highly adaptable to changing priorities.
