Salary Range: $127,649 - $191,464 (based on experience)

A respected medical center in the Kingwood region is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as Director of Emergency Services. This role oversees a high-volume, 29-bed adult ER with an average of 150 patients per day and reports directly to the Vice President of Emergency Services. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operations, growth strategy, staff development, and resource management for the Emergency Department
- Implement and sustain standards for high-quality, patient-centered care
- Monitor compliance with regulations, safety procedures, and infection control
- Drive clinical outcomes and throughput while enhancing the patient experience
- Oversee performance improvement (PI) activities and department-wide initiatives
- Engage in rounding, feedback, and mentorship to elevate team performance
- Support recruitment, training, and retention of top-performing emergency services staff
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of recent acute care Emergency Department leadership experience (Director or Manager level)
- BSN required; Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business preferred
- Current RN licensure (Texas or compact state)
- ACLS, PALS/ENPC, and BLS certifications required
