Director of Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering efforts for New Product Introductions (NPI), including design reviews and process development.
• Oversee and manage SMT equipment programming, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Conduct root cause analysis, provide technical solutions, and produce pre- and post-build reports.
• Collaborate with clients to improve designs and ensure alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
• Develop and execute technology roadmaps to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide technical support for quoting processes and customer engagements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years in electronics manufacturing, with 5+ years of leadership in NPI and process management.
• Proficiency in CAD tools, PCB design software, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with client-facing experience.
