Position Description:

The Director of Enterprise Sales atiBusinessFunding reports to the Head of Business Development and works with Product, Marketing, Sales, Development and Legal team members on the conception and execution of the partner strategy foriBusinessFundings technology and services ecosystem.

The role is heavily focused on relationship building. The Director of Enterprise Sales will lead both new partneracquisitionwith a focus on commercial terms and condition negotiation as well as maintaining solid, ongoing relationships within the partner portfolio.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Logo Hunting and Selling to Banks and Financial Institutions
  • Leading theiBusinessFunding Partner Strategy
  • Work withiBusinessFunding Leadership, Product, Marketing,Salesand Development teams to strengthen the multi-year strategy for partnership capabilities and revenues
  • Implement the strategy foriBusinessFundings future across our product offerings
  • Regularly attend industry conferences, networking events, and other trade shows
  • Continuously improve the business case process for new partner acquisition
  • Manage the Partnership Process
  • Manage andmaintainthe overall partner program in operation today by sustaining and improving existing relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functionaliBusinessFunding teams to achieve partner revenue goals
  • Define and negotiate commercial terms and conditions with new partners and for contractual renewals with existing partners
  • Partner with internal Legal department to complete new partner reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams atiBusinessFunding to ensure any day-to-day issues are resolved
  • Coordinate partner roadmap sessions on a regular basis to ensure alignment withiBusinessFunding Strategy
  • Provide oversight over partner P&L results and annual forecasting process
  • Build consensus and enthusiasm among stakeholders at all levels
  • Be committed to the strategy, product, team, and business position

Education and Experience:

  • 4+ years experience sellingcomplex enterprise solutions to banks and financial institutions, with a strong preference for experience in lending or core banking
  • Proven ability to engage in a consultative sales process, effectively navigating regulatory requirements, risk assessment, stakeholder alignment, and long sales cycles
  • Ability to lead partner-related meetings with diverse audiences, including, but not limited to, Marketing, Product, Development, Sales, Legal, Finance, Executive Leaderships, and external stakeholders
  • Experience in working with C-Suite Execs from large U.S. based banks
  • Expertise in product lifecycle management and product roadmap methodologies and processes
  • Experience with in-person conference networking and marketing
  • Creative, strategic, analytical, and outside-of-the-box problem solver
  • Experience in Microsoft solutions suites (MS Office, Teams)
