Role: Director of Finance
Location: Lubbock, TX
Type: FTE/Permanent

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the financial oversight of assigned ministries, including:
Monitoring financial performance
Variance reporting
Supporting the achievement of productivity and supply chain targets
Participating in ministry level management meetings
Serve as a key liaison to accounts payable and payroll process, in support of the managers and senior leaders throughout the ministries
Assist in facilitation of capital projects as prioritized and approved through regional and system processes
Assist with development of ministry budgets
Provide assistance as needed to the ministry senior management team and departmental leaders as they work to achieve annual and long term strategies
Be Responsible for:
Development and management of dashboards
Achievement of internal audit recommendations
Leading special projects as assigned for both the ministry and the region
Review of monthly financial statements
Partnership with the PSJH accounting team to accurately reflect economics representative of operational and clinical services

Important details regarding this role:

This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled
This role requires for you to be located within a daily commutable distance of our office location - Texas: Lubbock
Work Week: Monday - Friday
Work Shift: Day

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field of study
8+ years of experience within a leadership role
10+ years of closely related work experience (Ex. Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Compensation)
