In our time of Company growth, we seek a Director of Financial Management.

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

As part of this role, you will:
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Oversee the build and maintenance of financial reporting tools to provide education and analysis for end-user departments
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax laws, reporting requirements, and retirement plan regulatory requirements
  • Work with accounting to provide information required for grant reporting and other regulatory requirements. Assist with various auditor requests
  • Work with management and staff to develop Key Performance indicators for financial performance
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with departments to develop HRSA and Operational budgets for position control, wages, and Independent Contractor's compensation


Requirements

What you need to bring to this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required, Master's degree preferred, at least ten (10) years of job-related experience or a combination of education and experience required
  • At least 3 years of upper-level financial management experience required
  • Experience with General Ledger, Payroll and Revenue cycle software and installations required
  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team required
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate accounting and finance concepts to diverse audiences, is necessary for this role
