We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead and enhance our financial planning, forecasting, and reporting functions within a manufacturing environment. This role will collaborate with executive leadership to drive data-informed decision-making to support aggressive revenue and EBITDA growth and ensure plans and forecasts are appropriate to support progress against long-term goals. The Director of FP&A will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

In this role you will get to:

• Lead the financial planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and oversee accurate financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance, focusing on gross margin drivers and operating expenses.
• Partner with operations and marketing teams to identify and implement margin expansion initiatives such as manufacturing efficiency, sourcing opportunities, and pricing.
• Provide financial guidance to support capital expenditure planning and investment decisions for Manufacturing, New Product Introduction, and IT.
• Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to all functional areas.
• Support data analytics initiatives, ensuring data availability and accuracy for leadership.
• Oversee the development and integration of financial systems and tools to streamline reporting and increase accuracy.
• Integrate FP&A activities, systems, processes, and organization for acquired companies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics, incorporating insights into financial planning.
• Mentor and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, including leadership roles in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost accounting, and operational metrics.
• Proficient in financial and manufacturing systems/tools (e.g., ERP, Excel, and reporting software).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience conveying financial data to non-financial audiences and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Ability to think strategically and execute in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
