SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required when performing work duties that may have the potential of risk to your health or safety. The hotel will provide the required PPE. Team members will be trained in the proper use and care of any assigned PPE. It is your responsibility to report defective, damaged or lost PPE, or equipment that does not fit properly, to your manager.

Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive F&B strategies aligned with hotel objectives
- Create and manage annual budgets for all food and beverage departments
- Design and execute marketing plans to increase restaurant and bar revenues
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
Operational Management
- Supervise all restaurants, bar, room service, catering, and banquet operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory control, purchasing, and cost management processes
- Optimize staff scheduling and labor cost efficiency
- Conduct regular quality control and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain and exceed departmental revenue targets and financial goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and quality standards
- Utilize event management software and technologies to streamline operations
- Implements and closely monitor effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
- This position requires a flexible schedule which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The expectation is to support the F&B team based on business demands.
Team Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor F&B management and staff
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and team collaboration
- Implement comprehensive training programs
- Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities
- Manage disciplinary actions and resolve workplace conflicts
- Assimilate into The Sun Hill Properties and Hilton Family culture through understanding, supporting and participating in all elements. Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards.
- Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Sun Hill Properties and Hilton from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
Financial Performance
- Develop and monitor food and beverage profit and loss statements
- Control food and labor costs to meet or exceed financial targets
- Implement revenue management strategies
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting
Guest Experience
- Maintain the highest standards of service across all F&B outlets
- Personally engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Develop and implement guest feedback mechanisms
- Create innovative dining concepts and experiences
- Manage guest complaints and service recovery processes
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to Hilton brand standards and corporate guidelines
- Maintain all necessary Food Handlers permit, and alcohol service certifications Serve Safe certification
- Implement and monitor quality control systems
- Conduct regular internal audits
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field Culinary or hospitality certification preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management
- Proven track record of revenue growth and cost management
- Experience in luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environments
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
- Ability to analyze, forecast data, and make judgments to ensure proper payroll and production control.
Skills
