Director of FP&A

We are looking for a results-driven Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes. This role involves partnering with key business leaders to analyze performance, optimize profitability, and develop actionable financial insights. Responsibilities include P&L analysis, advanced modeling, and reporting to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, support long-term planning, and communicate complex financial data effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, preferably in manufacturing or sales-driven organizations; experience in retail operations is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong familiarity with financial and enterprise systems (e.g., OLAP, JDE) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and the ability to solve complex problems through data-driven decision-making.

Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
