We are seeing a Director of Licensing, Entertainment & Business Development to to join our team. This position will be responsible for building licensing, entertainment and business strategies for the Outdoor Performance platform that consists of Bushnell, Camp Chef, Primos Hunting, Simms Fishing and more. You will source, pitch, close and drive innovative deals across all categories, products & experiences, to financial targets.
This position reports to President of Licensing, Entertainment & Communications and is based out of our Outdoor Performance platform in Bozeman, Montana.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $190,000.00 - $205,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

We are seeing a Director of Licensing, Entertainment & Business Development to to join our team. This position reports to President of Licensing, Entertainment & Communications and is based out of our Outdoor Performance platform in Bozeman, Montana.
In this role, you will have an opportunity to:
- Create, build & lead the vision and strategy in partnership with the platform brand leaders, platform executive teams and division president.
- Ensure the plan is fully integrated & adopted across brand, sales & product teams at all levels, and communicated accordingly.
- Identify, size and prioritize opportunity gaps to chase and close across categories, segments and retail channels.
- Source, vet & pitch prospects to develop innovative, win-win business models.
- Develop the platform entertainment strategy in collaboration with brand leaders and Revelyst Entertainment partners.
- Build a long-term base of best-in-class partners and assertively grow them as key accounts YOY.
- Develop strong, senior retail marketing and buyer relationships in and beyond Revelyst channels of distribution.
- Direct the licensing product development process to ensure all product is compelling and on-brand.
- Manage the licensing P&L for the platform, including quarterly reporting.
- Develop compelling, fact-based pitches & sales tools.
- Global role, focused initially on delivering NA ROI, with the expectation for multi-region expansion and category captaincy.

Pay Range:
