Responsibilities
Exceptional Engagement:
- Directly oversee and manage assigned MRW Regional Sales Managers.
- Work in conjunction with the Director of DSD Sales, Food Sales Manager and the VP of Sales on any customer relation issues.
- Along with VP of Sales ensure strong customer relationships are maintained.
- Collaborate with leaders from MRW Operations, Accounting, Purchasing, and Human Resources departments on initiatives that benefit our customers and employees.
- Drive top-line sales by cultivating new external accounts and developing internal account leads for MRW Food and DSD divisions.
- Drive Bottom-Line Performance by ensuring that proper operational controls are in place to maximize profitability.
- Lead weekly L10 Meetings with Direct Reports.
- Management reserves the right to add to or modify the duties at any time.
Requirements
Education, Experience and Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Sales or related field).
- Proven experience in sales management.
- Proficient in basic accounting.
- Detail-oriented and sound organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
- The ability to motivate staff and lead a team.
- Ability to travel to Trade Shows, Key Accounts within all MRW territories.
- Travel is 50 to 75% of the position.
- Valid driver's license.
