Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Environmental Health, Health and Human Services, or related field
- 7+ years increasingly responsible experience in administrative management
- 3+ years of experience as a Manager
Required Licenses and Certifications:
- Must possess a valid Wyoming/Idaho Driver's License and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Required Knowledge of:
- Principles and practices of effective project management, leadership, supervision and training.
- Principles of governmental budgeting and financing.
- Labor standards and public ethics.
- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.
Required Skills in:
- Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with coworkers and other individuals in contact during the course of work; communicating clearly and concisely
- Operating a personal computer utilizing standard software such as Microsoft Office and some specialized software; operating standard office equipment.
- Preparing and implementing budgets.

- Work is performed in a standard office environment.
