MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:
  • Master's Degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Environmental Health, Health and Human Services, or related field
  • 7+ years increasingly responsible experience in administrative management
  • 3+ years of experience as a Manager


Required Licenses and Certifications:
  • Must possess a valid Wyoming/Idaho Driver's License and maintain an acceptable driving record.


Required Knowledge of:
  • Principles and practices of effective project management, leadership, supervision and training.
  • Principles of governmental budgeting and financing.
  • Labor standards and public ethics.
  • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.


Required Skills in:
  • Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with coworkers and other individuals in contact during the course of work; communicating clearly and concisely
  • Operating a personal computer utilizing standard software such as Microsoft Office and some specialized software; operating standard office equipment.
  • Preparing and implementing budgets.


Physical Demands/Work Environment:
  • Work is performed in a standard office environment.
