Job Summary:

The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and foster a positive work culture. They will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates and ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning. Implement strategies to retain and develop high-performing employees.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues. Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner. Promote a positive work culture built on trust, respect, and open communication.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements. Analyze market trends and recommend changes to compensation and benefits packages as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Identify training and development needs across the organization. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in human resources leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and influence change.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
