We are offering an exciting opportunity in Redmond, Washington for a Director of Human Resources. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our team, providing strategic HR oversight and managing changes across our growing organization. This role will also involve staying ahead of unionization efforts, expanding operations nationally and potentially internationally, and leveraging data to inform executive decisions.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the evolution from manual to automated processes in a warehouse setting, adapting to a growth environment.
Maintain a tight pulse on the team to balance employee retention and satisfaction, aligning with pay expectations.
Navigate the scaling up of new locations across the country, and potentially internationally, ensuring compliance efforts and managing the people side of operations.
Utilize data analysis skills to examine payroll and HR data, providing reports to assist the executive leadership team in making informed decisions.
Manage change effectively in a dynamic, growing organization.
Leverage strategic HR oversight to shape the direction of the Human Resources department.
Stay ahead of unionization efforts to ensure a harmonious workplace.
Handle compliance efforts to ensure all HR practices are in line with current laws and regulations.
Maintain proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, HCM, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, Hiring Processes, Operational Oversight, Change Management, Multi-state Payroll.
The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000.

Requirements
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary
Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is required
Demonstrable experience with HCM (Human Capital Management) is essential
Proficient in handling Benefit Functions
Strong Communication skills are required
Must be well-versed in Compliance regulations and standards
Experience in Employee Relations is necessary
Knowledge of Hiring Processes is essential
Must be capable of providing Operational Oversight
Experience in Change Management is required
Capable of managing Multi-state Payroll
