Summary: The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the human resource functions for all entities of Bethesda. This includes leading the human resources team in areas of recruitment, talent acquisition, selection, placement, worker's compensation, payroll support, performance, education, and benefit administration. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for helping implement strategic initiatives for the organization with a strong awareness for organizational culture and to support retention.

Pay Range: $75,000-$105,000

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or another related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a senior care

- This is a salaried, exempt position.
Pay Range: $75,000-$105,000
